I have used the TSS-America program for nearly a year, and have had
excellent success in increasing sales. The time savings the program
gives me, allows more time to buy and sell equipment. The fact that I
can input truck inventory specifications one time and have it available
for the website and then use that same information for quoting
equipment by email or on paper, gives the customer a very professional
format regarding the truck specifications and picture.
I have found that the program’s management of truck quotes can show me
how much quoting activity I am getting on each unit, and also, creating
an accurate database for future sales to customers that have contacted
me.
